UCAPE is a European education association that aims to promote European citizenship and transmit the values of peace, dialogue and fraternity through cultural and linguistic projects carried out face-to-face or remotely by its members.
UCAPE in brief
UCAPE ( Union for Culture and Professional Future in Europe) is a cultural association under Belgian law founded in 1993 and a member of the Conference of INGOs of the Council of Europe.
Our mission is to promote European citizenship among younger generations through concrete educational projects, intercultural exchanges, and the validation of European skills.
